1 General Provisions & Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" — The dc44 website (dc44.lat) and all services and features connected to it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on the dc44 platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any promotional credits awarded by dc44.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

dc44 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes as far as possible in advance.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account on the dc44 platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts will be considered fraud, and all associated accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• The user must keep their login credentials (username and password) fully confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to dc44 immediately.

dc44 reserves the right to reject any registration application or suspend an existing account, particularly if a violation of the Terms is suspected.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions at dc44:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through a registered mobile banking account in the user's own name.
• Transactions through third parties or on behalf of others are strictly prohibited.

dc44 may request identity verification documents when necessary. Failure to provide documents may delay or suspend the withdrawal process. dc44 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in cases of suspicious financial activity.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions at dc44 are offered under the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳42,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies.
• Wagering Requirement: 20x — calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in all bonus funds being forfeited.
• dc44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without stating a reason.
• If bonus abuse or account misuse is proven, the associated winnings and bonuses will be forfeited.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to betting and gaming activity on dc44:

• Each game and betting event may have its own rules, which will be stated on the relevant page.
• In the event of a technical error or irregular result, dc44 reserves the right to void the bet or return the original stake.
• Market rules for cricket, football, and other sports betting are described in detail on the respective section pages.
• The decision to accept or reject any bet is entirely at dc44's discretion.
• No user may use algorithms, bots, or automated software to gain an advantage on the platform.
• If corrupt or dishonest conduct is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

dc44's VIP program has five tiers, where regular players can enjoy higher benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

VIP tier advancement depends on the user's regular participation on the platform. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. dc44 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dc44 platform:

• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Any attempt to harass or harm other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Attempting to manipulate gaming outcomes through fraudulent means.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the account, all winnings and balances may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

dc44 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Any financial loss arising from the user's own negligence or violation of the Terms.

• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, regulatory orders).
• Losses resulting from theft of the user's login credentials or unauthorized use, where the user has not taken sufficient precautions to protect their information.

10 Responsible Gaming

dc44 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming.

11 Account Closure & Termination

• A user whose account has been permanently closed may not open a new account.

Any dispute between dc44 and a user will first be addressed through negotiation.
